The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids happen to be popular with young adults, but that adults should also be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to end up being misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include accurate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing is to strictly regulate the creation of e-liquids. Makers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is definitely not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a few which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Great Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth of the disposable product was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients list for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and another products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not existing during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted limited to a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me all of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
